Hi! I am Lea!

I am a journalist and writer focusing on food, books, music, exhibitions, authors, artist and historical places as topics, when I discuss my travels. I was born in London, my father owned land and a small hotel in the Caribbean, and during my childhood, we often travelled to faraway countries. And in my adult life, I have continued travelling, sometimes alone, with friends, and then with my husband and children.

Sometimes I travel with a low budget, sometimes very privileged, and sometimes on crowded family trip with a clash of wills. I studied the history of Ideas and Economic history, and I will tell you about my experiences meeting all kinds of people and visiting thrilling places around the world. Here are some of the stories I carried with me home.
